1. Introduction
This Return & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through the Service360 platform. It outlines the conditions under which users may modify, cancel, or seek refunds for services booked via our mobile app or website.
2. Service Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without any charge.
- If cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a small cancellation fee may apply depending on the service type.
- Once the service provider has arrived at your location, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Service Rescheduling
- Users can reschedule bookings once, provided it is done at least 12 hours before the service time.
- Repeated rescheduling or last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
4. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are applicable only for prepaid services that are canceled within the permissible window.
- If a service provider fails to arrive or complete the job, customers are entitled to a full or partial refund after verification.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the service appointment time.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. In some cases, bank or gateway delays may apply. Customers will be notified via email/SMS once the refund has been initiated.
6. Cancellation by Service360 or Partner
- If the assigned service provider is unavailable or unable to complete the task, Service360 will reschedule or offer a full refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or policy violations.
7. Non-Refundable Services
- Consumable materials or products purchased for a specific job (e.g., parts, paint, cleaning materials) are non-refundable once used.
- Customized or partially completed services are not eligible for refund unless approved by management.
