All payments must be made using the authorized payment gateways integrated into the Service360 app or directly to the service provider as instructed. Service360 does not take responsibility for cash transactions made outside of approved methods.
Cancellations are permitted within the time limits specified on our Return & Cancellation Policy page. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the policy terms.
Service360 is a facilitator platform and is not directly liable for the performance of services provided by third-party professionals. However, we strive to ensure high-quality standards and customer satisfaction through verification and feedback systems.
All logos, trademarks, and content displayed on the Service360 app and website are owned by or licensed to Service360. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account found violating our terms, misusing the platform, or engaging in fraudulent activity.
